Long time no see...hihi ok today as usual skincare review..semua orang pon kenal SKII kannn..produk from Japan and very very well known to the world with its high grade ingredients and price..

Dah lama aku nak try tapi tak berapa berani sebab it cost quite high and kulit aku nih jenis mengada-ngada..kang tak sesuai phitam deknon..nak campak mana barang kannn..

But luckily ritu tengok kat FB SKII buat offer trial pack for Pitera™ Essence Set that cost only RM 229..yessssss berbunga laa hati ini...hahah hasrat kesampaian..so I went to Parkson and got it..the salesgirl was nice and she gave me samples for eye essence as well..

So this is wat included in the SK II Pitera™ Essence Set (RM229) :-

1) SKII Facial Treatment Clear Lotion (30ml)
2) SKII Facial Treatment Essence (75ml)
3) SKII R.N.A Power Moisturizer (15ml)

Bear in mind, trial set nih sangat laku hokeh..after 2 weeks I went back to repurchase for my sister..guess wat ?? It's out of stock !!! cisss nyesal tak beli lebih ritu..anyway after a month using it, I experienced great result..tak sangka sesuwai lak ngan muka..hahahha matilaaa high maintenance lagik ;p

Pros :-

1) My face become fairer and glowing
2) No pimples or breakouts ( thank god !)
3) Pores become smaller
4) Skin felt so smooth and no more redness bila cuaca panas

Cons :-

1) A bit dry if use Clear Lotion everyday due to AHA inside it
2) Expensive

Sum people may experience "purging" bila pakai SKII which lead to breakouts..but its only temporary sebab proses buang toxin..usually after 2 weeks muka akan clear up..tp if it get worst plssss stop using it..maybe ur skin tak sesuai dengan SKII..I was lucky my skin goes very well dengan produk nih ;)

I guess too well sampai I went back to get bigger size for the moisturizer..hihih smallest size 50gm cost me RM 373 (nanges !)..dis moisturizer baru launched and replaced previous SKII Stempower Moisturizer..but still same function for anti aging..I love the smell and its not too oily for my combination skin..the salesgirl remembers me well so she gave me a box of chocolate as a gift ! hahahha definitely will purchase from her again..

Uolss musti taw bout snail cream dulu-dulu kannn ?? now pon ada tapi takde laa sehavoc awal-awal dia kluar..Korea is the first one to come up using snail secretion..first time dengo euwww la jugak tapi setelah membaca review orang lain terus aku pon terjebak..aku try yang jenama Mizon..beli online jek kat ebay..direct dari kilang Korea..hahahahha pulun tak uolss ?? reason napa aku beli on ebay because seller Malaysia sangat kejis hokey..slamber dia jual mizon snail cream nih RM 100++..mentang-mentang tengah kecoh snail nih bagus bole repair skin, scar and jerawat bagai..amik kesempatan sangat..

So aku pon jelajah ebay..tau tak berapa harganya ??? 17 usd jerk...wat da fish !!! ko kali laa ngan duit kita RM 3.50 (approx.) tak ke murah tuh..shipping lak free..ahahah so aku pon beli laa..btw aku memang pembeli tegar di ebay sebab situ murah and macam-macam ado..hihih

After 2 weeks sampai laa produk pujaan ramai..

Mizon All In One Snail Repair Cream

Pros :-

1. Price worth it since size glass jar 75ml..6 bulan aku pakai siang malam baru abis
2. Hydrates memang tip top..no more dry skin
3. No weird smell and very lightweight
4. Texture macam lotion eventho it stated cream..very easy to apply
5. Absorbed straight away so takda laa buang masa nak tap-tap muka bagai
6. No breakout

Cons :-

1. Tak nampak kesan brighten, whitening or even out skin tone pon walopon berbulan pakai

Usually my major concern when buying skincare is the "whitening effect"..

My problem selalunya uneven skin tone or discoloration..sebab tuh aku obses dengan produk whitening..ahahha tapi takmo laa yang ada mercury hydrokuinon bagai..tuh cari penyakit..bagi nipis kulit..aku cari produk yang bole jaga muka aku in long run..stakat flawless short term nih mmg aku tolak tepi la..very da dangerous ! Btw aku pakai product nih awal taun lepas 2014..rini baru tringat nak review..hahahha

Today's review would be the Bio Essence Tanaka White..I purchased trial pack and serum dekat Watson..btw trial pack Tanaka White only available di Watson..Guardian offer lain pulak for Bio Essence nih..so kena survey dulu sbelum beli..sometimes Watson cheaper sometimes Guardian offer better deal..

Aku terrrniat nak cuba produk nih after reading banyak positive reviews online pasal whitening effect dia..kalo tak memang tak brani laa nak try..nak repair muka akan mengambil masa yg lama kalo terpakai produk yang tak sesuai..anyway lain orang lain kesannya..so u have to try and error..

Tapi please laaa jangan folo orang..kalo tengok lain macam je naik kat muka baik benti..Jangan dok saiko diri seniri kata tuh "proses healing" laa nak buang kotoran toksik bagai..sebab lagi lama kita pakai lagi teruk muka..dah satu hal lak nak repair muka..

so da best thing always go for trial pack..kalo rugi pon sket ja..tak sesuai di muka bole pakai di badan..haaa takdelah membazir kan..kulit badan pon flawless jek..hahahahh

Actually niat aku nak beli serum Tanaka White 4X Intensive White Serum yang full size (30ml) sebab harga offer from RM 99.90 diskaun sampai tinggal RM 79.90..ntah amoi tuh stori mori ngan aku pasal brand nih terus aku pon angkut trial pack skali..harga pon bole tahan murah kannn so why not..hihih

So apa perasaan aku setelah mengguna produk nih for 2 weeks..there are good and bad things bila aku pakai produk nih..here we go~

*Cleanser - memang superb..muka clean betol..takda rasa tight or kering.
*Softener - watery type to keep skin hydrates
*Serum - love it..pakai sket ja bole sapu the whole face..absorbed into skin terus
*Day Cream - tak oily and lightweight
*Renewal Night Cream - thicker than day cream to moisture face and renew our skin
*Mask - tak sempat nak try lagi..

Pros :

1) Great smell
2) Absorbed well to the skin..tak rasa oily pon
3) Scars mmg pudar dan kulit muka cerah as compared to before

Cons : 

1) Breakout on my forehead

Will I purchase again ?

YES but only the serum sebab muka aku naik jerawat 4 biji di dahi..muka aku takda jerawat so kalo tetiba timbul maknanya the product doesn't suits me..serum selalunya takda masalah..so I will continue with the serum sbb produk nih memang mencerahkan kulit..mak and husband aku pon tegur kulit muka aku putih..hihihih

Hihi ok tiba la masanya nak review product Safi Rania Gold...sbelum nih aku pernah cerita kat korang kat sini bout aku borong Safi Rania Gold kan..Sebab ?? It's CHEAP..hahahha..slalunya orang try satu dua produk je takot tak sesuai...tapi memandangkan harganya masih di bawah kawalan so hangkut laaa almost full range..hoho~

Aku tak tulis laa detail of each product yek..kalo nak taw detail bole baca kat website safi terus..aku just bagi review according to experience aku on each product aku try..some people may experience differently..Ok let's go one by one..

CLEANSER

Bila cuci muka pakai cleanser nih..the feeling after wash very very clean..mmg rasa semua kotoran and light make up kluar abes but aku tak suka sangat kerana aku rasa muka jadi tight or ketat..btw kulit aku oily to combination skin..so i guess oily skin type person should love dis cleanser. 

TONER

The toner light weight ja..texture watery just like other toner available in the market..it helps bagi muka tak kering and prepare for next step - serum and moisturizer.

 SKIN DRINK LOTION

This one aku suka..memang best pakai..texture not watery and slightly thick..nama pon lotion kann..wat i like bout this..if uolss muka kering kontang mmg elok sesangat pakai lotion nih..dia kasi muka korang tak kering and bila sapu kat muka memang rasa macam tak pakai apa-apa pon..very da lightweight.

SERUM

Nih feveret aku..dah pakai 2 botol since 20ml je..so cpt pulak abes as compared to safi yang lain..aku suka sebab dia lightweight, cepat absorbed so takdalaa rasa berminyak ka apa and dia even out skin tone aku..nak kata brighten aku tak pasti sgt tp even out and hilangkan parut jerawat aku memang nampak laa kesannya..sebab tuh aku maintain pakai lagi..i loikeee~

EYE CONTOUR CREAM

Eye cream nih aku pakai takda laa nampak kesan sangat..mata panda and puffy still there..it just helps to hydrate my eye area..other than dat aku tak nampak kesan sangat..

DAY MOISTURIZING CREAM SPF 25PA++

Moisturizer nih best..no greasy feeling and cepat absorbed bila sapu di muka..so for geng oily to combination skin memang ok sesangat la pakai yang nih..muka pon rasa smooth and soft je..senang takyah nak pakai spf tambahan sebab included oredi..

NIGHT MOISTURIZING CREAM

Moisturizer untuk malam nih slightly heavy sket bila pakai but still toleratable..yang syoknya night cream nih repair skin kita and bila bangun pagi rasa so soft and licin bila cuci muka..takdalaa muka jadi minyak ke apa..nampak glowing jek..

Tau tak uols yoga nih ada bermacam-macam jenis..so kita bole pilih any of it yang sesuai dengan diri kita..jangan ikut orang ja kang merana badan..so for beginner always go for yang slow and relax type macam Hatta Yoga..barulah otot and lemak kita tak terkujat...hahahha

Just bear in mind awal-awal buat yoga nih korang akan sakit satu badan sebab yoga nih ibarat streching..jadi janganlah stop and rehat 2-3 hari..

Tips mudah nak cepat baik..kita kena paksa diri keep on pegi classes sebab lagi cepat body adjust and used to it lagi cepat baik..so here aku list some of yoga yg femes..

1. Anusara Yoga

You are taught to be aware with your alignment and the inner energy as the gift from the nature. Every practice is usually begins with an invocation. The class can be gentle or vigorous depends on the instructor but both have a friendly atmosphere.

2. Ashtanga Yoga

All the poses are done quite fast in a sequence combined with the breathing techniques. You indeed need a lot of stamina since the class is very challenging but the good news is you can practice to build up your strength.

3. Bikram / Hot Yoga

From the name, it is clear that you will do yoga exercise in a hot room with temperature around 106 degrees and 40 % humidity. Usually you will do sequences of 26 yoga poses. The hot temperature will help you to stretch your muscle easily and cleanse toxic from your body by sweating a lot which is believed as the output of the toxic.

4. Hatha Yoga

It is one of the well-known yoga types that can easily found in many yoga centers. This is the most recommended yoga type for beginners since all the yoga poses are done gently. It is also believed as the center of all derivation of yoga styles.

5. Integral Yoga

If you have physical abilities, this class is suitable with you as you will do the gentle movements. Besides, the class has a combination of chanting, mantra, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation which is good for those who are looking for spiritual practice.

6. Iyengar Yoga

This class focuses on by concerning the alignment of your body when doing yoga poses since it is believed can heal the physical ailments. Therefore, you will get a detailed instruction in each pose. Moreover, you have to hold your poses for a bit longer time but don’t worry since you may use some of yoga props such as blocks, belts, or straps which is the typical of this yoga type.

7. Jivamukti Yoga

This style of yoga combines asanas with spiritual practice such as mantras, chanting, and also meditation. Moreover, the yogis are expected to apply the spiritual comprehension in their daily life for example being vegetarians.

8. Kripalu Yoga

Basically, kripalu yoga class has the same character with integral yoga’s. It is intended for people with physical limitation or those who are looking for deep serenity since the concept is all about meditation even in motion.

9. Kundalini Yoga

You will do kriyas or sequences in a repetition even for a simple movement such as waving the arms. Moreover, the class is also consisting of chanting or mantras. The class can be vigorous to push your comfort limits.

10. Power Yoga

If you have advanced your yoga level, so why don’t you try this style of yoga which is a derivation of ashtanga yoga. The class is very intense by doing some advanced poses and you should hold it for long duration.

11. Sivananda Yoga

The class focuses more on sun salutation sequence as it has 12 basic yoga poses and also the intense pranayama. Besides, the class usually has a bit longer time for 2 hours and is ended by doing mantra meditation. You will hear the use of Sanskrit name all the way through in the class.

12. Vini Yoga

If you are looking for private practice to solve your health problem, find the vini yoga class or instructor. The practice is usually done in gentle. You will also be taught to focus on the process of your self-discovery or transformation.

13. Vinyasa Yoga

I suggest you to try this yoga type if you have practiced yoga for 2-3 month regularly since the class has a fast paced movements controlled with the breath.

So, which yoga types you think you are fit in? You may try all of the yoga types and decide which one you would like to concentrate on. If you want to combine two yoga styles or more in your daily yoga practice, it is also good.

Last month I was looking for whitening cream sbb muka aku bole dikatakan kategeri uneven skin tone la jugak..especially area dahi ngan hidung macam gelap sket as compared to my cheeks.

So decided to try this Fair & Lovely Multi Vitamin cream..harga bagi aku tersangatlah murah around RM 11.50 tak silap for 80g.

Actually sbelum nih aku beli yg kecik jer as trial yang 50g harga dalam RM 8.30..tetiba pakai berkesan lak so dis is my second purchase a bigger tube..gigih betoi aku pakai setiap malam..sumtimes rajin twice a day..

 

So here I listdown pro and cons of this cream..eventho aku suka keberkesanan cream nih tapi tetap ada cons nya cuma tak banyak and bole ditolerate lagik..hahah rojak bahasa aku..

Pros :-

1. Nampak kesan/pemutihan/pemudaran parut in 2 weeks
2. Tak berminyak and fast absorbed into skin (sesuai sgt for oily combition skin like me !)
3. Very very cheap price not more than RM 15
4. Packaging tube style memang superb coz senang nak bawa and guna

Cons :-

1. The flowery scent too strong for me
2.  Muka akan jadi putih instantly and texture macam pakai bedak

Rating :-
 Overall aku bagi 4.5/5..Will I repurchased this product ?? YES op cozzz... ;)


TIPS : aku campurkan moisturizer aku dgn Fair and Lovely nih so dat senang nak apply on my face and hilangkan powdery or whitening effect everytime pakai cream ni..barulah muka aku nampak natural and not bertepung..hihi

Ayoyoyo aku nih konon nak diet turun berat tapi bila timbang tetiba kuar jeritan batinku~

" Whattttttt takkan kot berat nih..penimbang rosak kot !!! " (ececce ayat pujuk diri seniri..ahahah)

Binawe sangat penimbang nih..mcm nak hempuk jekkk..motip tetiba dr 53kg shoot tebaboom ke 61kg...natang gapo aku makan nih...hish mmg tak bleh nak digest toi..

Konfirm ramai yang kena cam aku kan...makan mcm biasa..rutin harian pon mcm biasa tapi berat badan luar biasa.. 

but why?? why?? why???  choiiii sangat kannn~

Nampak gaya macam nak kena cari jalan turun balik..aku nih dahlaa bantut..tinggi 150cm jah..skali berat obesiti nih mau hilang keseimbangan aku bila berdiri lelama...hahahahha..Padanlaaa ramai tegur aku apa kes gebus-gebas..skali berat terbabas daaaaa~

Ritu aku dah wat dah diet atkin..sempatlaa 4 ari..tp malangnya kepala aku jd ngap-ngap sakit..aku rasa tuh tanda-tanda ketosis laa..tp nak buek camno aku jd mcm nak phitam dek non oi...maybe sebab tak cukop makan sama kot..nnt laa aku cuba lagik skali diet nih..kalo mengganggu kestabilan otak aku maknanya mmg kena cari diet lain laa nak kuruzzz..aku nih ada migraine kang pulun sangat2 kang aku gak yang nak meroyan bila sakit..hahahah

Bout 2 months ago, aku try product Hada Labo since poket aku dh bocor tak mampooo nak beli skincare mahal-mahal dah..muka nih pon mengada sejak umor meningkat nih..ada saja nak meragam..kejap pigmentation lah kejap jerawat lah kejap ruam lah..eh miang tol muka nih..

Ok dis is how the product looks like..pikcer taken from Google search jek laa yek..thp malazz mendewa ;)

Harga dia agak pricey for 30ml normal price is RM 74.00...but try to search in Watson or Guardian sbb selalunya those two ada offer so it will be cheaper.. Essence nih tahan lama eventho aku pakai 2 kali sehari with 2 kali pump each usage after 2 bulan baru abes..jimat bebenor hahahah~

Ok here are the pro and cons after using it for 2 months...

Pros :

1. No smell, no alcohol dan sangat-sangat sesuai for sensitive skin
2. Easy to apply sebab texture not so thick
3. Jimat since 2 kali pump bole cover whole face and neck
4. Not oily and muka glowing

Cons :

1. Pricey as compared to other product
2. Takda kesan dari segi even out skin tone or whitening 
3. Took a while to absorbed into skin

 Rating :

Overall aku suka texture dia bagai tapi sayang I don't see the whitening effect like what the product claimed to be. So aku hanya bagi 2/5 star and won't repurchased the product again !
