Today's review would be the Bio Essence Tanaka White..I purchased trial pack and serum dekat Watson..btw trial pack Tanaka White only available di Watson..Guardian offer lain pulak for Bio Essence nih..so kena survey dulu sbelum beli..sometimes Watson cheaper sometimes Guardian offer better deal..

Aku terrrniat nak cuba produk nih after reading banyak positive reviews online pasal whitening effect dia..kalo tak memang tak brani laa nak try..nak repair muka akan mengambil masa yg lama kalo terpakai produk yang tak sesuai..anyway lain orang lain kesannya..so u have to try and error..

Tapi please laaa jangan folo orang..kalo tengok lain macam je naik kat muka baik benti..Jangan dok saiko diri seniri kata tuh "proses healing" laa nak buang kotoran toksik bagai..sebab lagi lama kita pakai lagi teruk muka..dah satu hal lak nak repair muka..

so da best thing always go for trial pack..kalo rugi pon sket ja..tak sesuai di muka bole pakai di badan..haaa takdelah membazir kan..kulit badan pon flawless jek..hahahahh

Actually niat aku nak beli serum Tanaka White 4X Intensive White Serum yang full size (30ml) sebab harga offer from RM 99.90 diskaun sampai tinggal RM 79.90..ntah amoi tuh stori mori ngan aku pasal brand nih terus aku pon angkut trial pack skali..harga pon bole tahan murah kannn so why not..hihih

So apa perasaan aku setelah mengguna produk nih for 2 weeks..there are good and bad things bila aku pakai produk nih..here we go~

*Cleanser - memang superb..muka clean betol..takda rasa tight or kering.
*Softener - watery type to keep skin hydrates
*Serum - love it..pakai sket ja bole sapu the whole face..absorbed into skin terus
*Day Cream - tak oily and lightweight
*Renewal Night Cream - thicker than day cream to moisture face and renew our skin
*Mask - tak sempat nak try lagi..

Pros :

1) Great smell
2) Absorbed well to the skin..tak rasa oily pon
3) Scars mmg pudar dan kulit muka cerah as compared to before

Cons : 

1) Breakout on my forehead

Will I purchase again ?

YES but only the serum sebab muka aku naik jerawat 4 biji di dahi..muka aku takda jerawat so kalo tetiba timbul maknanya the product doesn't suits me..serum selalunya takda masalah..so I will continue with the serum sbb produk nih memang mencerahkan kulit..mak and husband aku pon tegur kulit muka aku putih..hihihih

Hihi ok tiba la masanya nak review product Safi Rania Gold...sbelum nih aku pernah cerita kat korang kat sini bout aku borong Safi Rania Gold kan..Sebab ?? It's CHEAP..hahahha..slalunya orang try satu dua produk je takot tak sesuai...tapi memandangkan harganya masih di bawah kawalan so hangkut laaa almost full range..hoho~

Aku tak tulis laa detail of each product yek..kalo nak taw detail bole baca kat website safi terus..aku just bagi review according to experience aku on each product aku try..some people may experience differently..Ok let's go one by one..


CLEANSER
Bila cuci muka pakai cleanser nih..the feeling after wash very very clean..mmg rasa semua kotoran and light make up kluar abes but aku tak suka sangat kerana aku rasa muka jadi tight or ketat..btw kulit aku oily to combination skin..so i guess oily skin type person should love dis cleanser. 

TONER
The toner light weight ja..texture watery just like other toner available in the market..it helps bagi muka tak kering and prepare for next step - serum and moisturizer.

 SKIN DRINK LOTION
This one aku suka..memang best pakai..texture not watery and slightly thick..nama pon lotion kann..wat i like bout this..if uolss muka kering kontang mmg elok sesangat pakai lotion nih..dia kasi muka korang tak kering and bila sapu kat muka memang rasa macam tak pakai apa-apa pon..very da lightweight.

SERUM
Nih feveret aku..dah pakai 2 botol since 20ml je..so cpt pulak abes as compared to safi yang lain..aku suka sebab dia lightweight, cepat absorbed so takdalaa rasa berminyak ka apa and dia even out skin tone aku..nak kata brighten aku tak pasti sgt tp even out and hilangkan parut jerawat aku memang nampak laa kesannya..sebab tuh aku maintain pakai lagi..i loikeee~

EYE CONTOUR CREAM
Eye cream nih aku pakai takda laa nampak kesan sangat..mata panda and puffy still there..it just helps to hydrate my eye area..other than dat aku tak nampak kesan sangat..
DAY MOISTURIZING CREAM SPF 25PA++
Moisturizer nih best..no greasy feeling and cepat absorbed bila sapu di muka..so for geng oily to combination skin memang ok sesangat la pakai yang nih..muka pon rasa smooth and soft je..senang takyah nak pakai spf tambahan sebab included oredi..
NIGHT MOISTURIZING CREAM
Moisturizer untuk malam nih slightly heavy sket bila pakai but still toleratable..yang syoknya night cream nih repair skin kita and bila bangun pagi rasa so soft and licin bila cuci muka..takdalaa muka jadi minyak ke apa..nampak glowing jek..

Tau tak uols yoga nih ada bermacam-macam jenis..so kita bole pilih any of it yang sesuai dengan diri kita..jangan ikut orang ja kang merana badan..so for beginner always go for yang slow and relax type macam Hatta Yoga..barulah otot and lemak kita tak terkujat...hahahha

Just bear in mind awal-awal buat yoga nih korang akan sakit satu badan sebab yoga nih ibarat streching..jadi janganlah stop and rehat 2-3 hari..

Tips mudah nak cepat baik..kita kena paksa diri keep on pegi classes sebab lagi cepat body adjust and used to it lagi cepat baik..so here aku list some of yoga yg femes..


1. Anusara Yoga

You are taught to be aware with your alignment and the inner energy as the gift from the nature. Every practice is usually begins with an invocation. The class can be gentle or vigorous depends on the instructor but both have a friendly atmosphere.

2. Ashtanga Yoga

All the poses are done quite fast in a sequence combined with the breathing techniques. You indeed need a lot of stamina since the class is very challenging but the good news is you can practice to build up your strength.

3. Bikram / Hot Yoga

From the name, it is clear that you will do yoga exercise in a hot room with temperature around 106 degrees and 40 % humidity. Usually you will do sequences of 26 yoga poses. The hot temperature will help you to stretch your muscle easily and cleanse toxic from your body by sweating a lot which is believed as the output of the toxic.

4. Hatha Yoga

It is one of the well-known yoga types that can easily found in many yoga centers. This is the most recommended yoga type for beginners since all the yoga poses are done gently. It is also believed as the center of all derivation of yoga styles.

5. Integral Yoga

If you have physical abilities, this class is suitable with you as you will do the gentle movements. Besides, the class has a combination of chanting, mantra, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation which is good for those who are looking for spiritual practice.

6. Iyengar Yoga

This class focuses on by concerning the alignment of your body when doing yoga poses since it is believed can heal the physical ailments. Therefore, you will get a detailed instruction in each pose. Moreover, you have to hold your poses for a bit longer time but don’t worry since you may use some of yoga props such as blocks, belts, or straps which is the typical of this yoga type.

7. Jivamukti Yoga

This style of yoga combines asanas with spiritual practice such as mantras, chanting, and also meditation. Moreover, the yogis are expected to apply the spiritual comprehension in their daily life for example being vegetarians.

8. Kripalu Yoga

Basically, kripalu yoga class has the same character with integral yoga’s. It is intended for people with physical limitation or those who are looking for deep serenity since the concept is all about meditation even in motion.

9. Kundalini Yoga

I suggest you to try this yoga type if you have practiced yoga for 2-3 month regularly since the class has a fast paced movements controlled with the breath.
